Aid for Fines is a small, community-based fund where drivers support each other with larger fines.

Instead of dealing with fines alone, members contribute a small monthly amount and the group helps offset the impact when it happens.

• Each member contributes $15/month
• 15% is used for admin (incl. GST)
• The remaining 85% goes into a shared pool

Each month:

• Members who received fines over $200 can apply
• The pool is distributed among eligible members
• Payouts are proportional with the fund's balance and capped (max $500 per case)
• If there’s unused money, it rolls over to next month

• This is not insurance
• There are no guaranteed payouts
• It’s a mutual aid system — members support each other
• You must be an active contributor before the fine occurs
• Everything is transparent and reported monthly

Is this a scam?

• Absolutely not. At this moment it is an experiment to help each other out in trouble.

Will I ever get paid?

• Absolutely. Payments are distributed monthly to eligible patrons, proportionally up to the balance of the fund

Is this even legal?

• Absolutely. The fund manager is responsible for all compliance and filing.
